About Pitt EM and Pittsburgh
What do you like best about living in Pittsburgh/Western PA?
They’re basically the midwest despite what everyone says so everyone is very friendly with plenty to do in the city with plenty of outdoor activity and hiking close by.
Where did you choose to live, and why?
Mount Washington. I wanted to be in city limits. My husband and I bought a house and selection was somewhat limited due to covid but we found a great place right by a dog park, hiking trail, never have to worry about parking and we have a very good sized back yard which was harder to find in between the rivers.
Based on your experiences, what advice would you give to incoming applicants about moving to the 'Burgh?
It’s a perfect place for dogs so if you’ve been thinking about getting a pup definitely do it.
