What do you like to do outside of medicine? 
Spend time with my girlfriend, my dog, and family/ friends. I also love to travel and watch trash TV!

What were you looking for in a residency program? 
The people, good exposure to lots of different things, down-to-earth faculty. 
 
What are the strengths of the Pitt EM program? 
People. Awesome faculty, awesome coresidents. Good population of sick/ complex patients but also bread and butter EM.
 
Tell us about your residency classmates! How long did it take to connect?
P quick. Had limited in-person events in the beginning but we all clicked pretty quickly.

About Pitt EM and Pittsburgh

What do you like best about living in Pittsburgh/Western PA?
Small town feel, close proximity to cool outdoor stuff and bigger cities but still have sports, concerts, other fun events.
 
Where did you choose to live, and why?
Squirrel Hill. Lots of parks for my dog.
