Christian Martin-Gill, MD, MPH, FACEP, FAEMS, is a professor of emergency medicine and chief of the Division of Emergency Medical Services at the University of Pittsburgh. He is an emergency and EMS physician (MD 4) at UPMC and serves as the program director of the UPMC/University of Pittsburgh EMS fellowship, associate medical director for UPMC Prehospital Care, and associate medical director for STAT MedEvac, the nation's largest, academic, non-profit critical care transport group.
Dr. Martin-Gill earned his undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Virginia before completing his residency in emergency medicine and fellowship in emergency medical services at the University of Pittsburgh.

Integration of EMS and hospital systems for management of acute care conditions, prehospital evidence-based guidelines, identification of critical illness in the prehospital environment.
