Aaron Brown, MD, is an associate professor of emergency medicine at the University of Pittsburgh. He serves as co-director of curriculum and of the resident scholarly activity panel for the UPMC/University of Pittsburgh emergency medicine residency program. In addition to his academic duties, Dr. Brown is an attending emergency physician at UPMC and associate chief of quality and and patient safety for UPMC Presbyterian and UPMC Shadyside.
Dr. Brown completed his undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University before earning his medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania. He completed his residency in emergency medicine at the University of Pittsburgh before joining the faculty.
