Matthew Scanlon, MD, is an assistant professor of emergency medicine University of Pittsburgh and an emergency physician and medical toxicologist at UPMC.

Dr. Scanlon completed his undergraduate degree at Pennsylvania State University before earning his medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh. He completed his residency in emergency medicine at the University of Cincinnati before returning to Pitt for his fellowship in medical toxicology.
