Adam Tobias, MD, MPH, FACEP, is an associate professor of emergency medicine at the University of Pittsburgh and an emergency and EMS physician at UPMC. He serves as the emergency medicine clerkship director and is active in EMS and disaster preparedness. He is also an emergency physician for the Pittsburgh Penguins hockey team and Pittsburgh Steelers football club. He is the recipient of numerous teaching awards.
Dr. Tobias completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan before earning his medical degree and MPH at the University of Pittsburgh. He completed his residency in emergency medicine and fellowship in emergency medical services at the University of Pittsburgh before joining the faculty.
