Alexandra Weissman, MD, MS, MPH, is an assistant professor of emergency medicine at the University of Pittsburgh. She serves as co-director of the Department's Summer Research and Clinical Immersion Program. Dr. Weissman is an emergency physician at UPMC and attends on the University of Pittsburgh Post-Cardiac Arrest Service.
Dr. Weissman completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Florida before earning her medical degree at St. George's University. She completed her residency in emergency medicine at Wayne State University and fellowship in emergency care research at the University of Pittsburgh before joining the Pitt Med faculty.
