Richard Wadas, MD, FACEP, FAEMS, is a professor of emergency medicine at the University of Pittsburgh. He is an emergency and EMS physician (MD 15) and serves as vice president of physician practice excellence, senior medical director of the Center for Community Hospitalist Medicine, and medical director of the Office of Referring Physician Relations at UPMC.
Dr. Wadas earned his undergraduate and medical degrees at Rutgers University, then completed his residency in emergency medicine at the University of Pittsburgh.
